Dangerous Goods Safety Advisor (DGSA)
Our services include a complete set of ADR advisory services concerning transportation of dangerous goods. Thank to cooperation with almost 100 transport providers, as well as with companies which store dangerous goods, we constantly gain new experiences and skills. Because of that, we are able to offer not only theoretical ADR knowledge, but also tried and tested practical solutions. An obligation to appoint a DGSA in a company results from the provisions of the Act of 19th August 2011 on transportation of dangerous goods, chapter 4; and point 1.8.3 of the ADR European Agreement.
We start our cooperation with the client with an initial audit, aimed at evaluation of the current conditions in the company and at finding areas for correction or improvement. Based on mutual agreements, we undertake appropriate measures with the client. They usually include an appropriate training programme and development and implementation of appropriate guidelines and procedures.
The comprehensive services we offer include advisory services concerning:
transportation of dangerous goods,
requirements applicable to the entrepreneur in terms of packaging, loading, filling or unloading of dangerous goods,
dangerous goods classification,
general provisions concerning packaging, labelling and use of warning labels,
preparation of annual reports,
preparation of accident reports,
evaluation of transport compliance with the requirements of the Act on transportation of dangerous goods,
organisation of internal training for the company staff.
Preparation of annual reports
We offer help in preparation of annual reports from the company’s activity regarding transportation of dangerous goods.
Legal requirements: provision 1.8.3.3 of the ADR agreement and the Act on transportation of dangerous goods of 19th August 2011.
Preparation of accident reports
We offer help in preparation of accident reports required for events in which, as a result of transportation of dangerous goods, persons have been injured, property has been damaged or environment has been polluted.
Legal requirements: provision 1.8.3.6 of the ADR agreement and the Act on the transport of dangerous goods of 19th August 2011.
Internal employee training
We offer general, on-the-job and safety courses for employees whose tasks include transportation, loading or unloading of dangerous goods, taking into account their responsibilities and obligations.

Appeals against penalties imposed by the Inspectorate of Road Transport (ITD)
We offer you advisory services concerning submission of appeals against penalties imposed by the Inspectorate of Road Transport in relation to transportation of dangerous goods.
Preparation of security plans
We offer help in preparation and implementation of security plans for carriers, consignors and other transport participants taking part in transportation of high risk dangerous goods.
